Troy City Schools is using PowerSchool for our student information and grading system. You will need to create a new Parent Access account for PowerSchool to view your child’s grades online. Visit the Troy City Schools web site (www.troy.k12.oh.us) and click on Parent Resources at the top. Click on "Check Student Grades". You can also click on the "Check Your Child's Grades" link from any of our building webpages.
You should have received a letter with these directions on it along with your child's specific access ID/password. If you did not receive this info, please contact your child's school.
You must click “Create an Account” the first time you visit the Parent Access site. You will need to fill in your name, email address, and create a username and password. After you fill in the information under Parent Account Details, scroll down to Link Students to Account.
Type your student's Name, your Access ID and your Access Password exactly as they are printed on the letter you received (they are case sensitive). If you have more than one child you can enter all Access ID and Password ID information at the same time.
You may share the Parent Access ID and Password with another parent or guardian so they may setup their own account.
Students also have their own access ID and password to check their own grades. These are different than the ones you use to setup your account. If your child does not have this info, please have him or her contact the school office.
If you have any questions regarding the use of PowerSchool please contact your child's school.
