The Human Resource Department is responsible for identifying, recruiting and overseeing the
selection of all Troy City Schools administrators, teachers and support staff. We are committed to
hiring highly qualified staff members who desire to help our students achieve their greatest
potential. The Human Resource department is also responsible for ensuring that all staff members
maintain their certificates and licenses according to state standards, administering all employee
benefit programs, payroll, workers compensation program, unemployment program, and labor
relations.

We are always hiring qualified individuals for substitute positions for the current school year. Substitute positions include substitute teachers, substitute special needs assistants, substitute bus drivers, substitute custodians and others. When full time positions open up, many times we hire people from our pool of substitutes.
