TROY CITY SCHOOLS ABOVE GROUND FUEL TANK PROJECT [RE-BID]

The Troy City Schools Board of Education will accept bids for Troy City Schools Above
Ground Fuel Tank Project, until 1:30 PM on June 19, 2024, at the Board of Education
Building located at 500 N. Market Street, Troy OH 45373. Bids for the project will be
publicly opened at that time.


Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and
marked “Troy City Schools – Above Ground Fuel Tank Project” and addressed to the
Treasurer, Jeff Price. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or
before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or
electronic media will be accepted.


Bid Documents were prepared by RDA Group Architects, LLC, Attn: Mr. Jonathan
Schaaf, (937) 610-3440. The Bid Documents are being issued in electronic format [PDF]
and may be obtained upon request by email to jrs@rda-group.com. Documents may be
printed at the bidder’s expense, non-refundable.


A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM, at Troy City Schools
Transportation Building, 556 Adams Street, Troy, OH 45373. Site visits will follow the
pre-bid meeting.
