End-of-year procedures for all Troy students

We thank all of you for your support and for your help as we have tried to help students continue to learn during these unprecedented times.  We know this process has not been easy and we cannot wait until your children return to school.

Our schedule for the remainder of the school year:

  • High School Seniors:

    • May 11 - last day for new assignments to be posted

    • May 12-15 - student instruction and support continues

    • Troy High School students received information regarding personal item pick-ups and school item returns

    • May 23 - commencement

    • June 8 - final grades available

  • All other students:

    • May 15 - last day for new assignments to be posted

    • May 18-22 - student instruction and support continues

    • May 26-29 - parents schedule appointments to pick up personal belongings & return school property (High school students in any grade should NOT call the high school. They should already have received a schedule detailing when they can pick up or return items).

    • June 8 - final grades available

What you can expect for grades:

High school courses (including 8th grade algebra) are transcripted and will receive grades as normal, although 4th quarter grades will not negatively impact final grades for courses.  For all classes and subjects lower than high school, teachers will not provide a traditional grade but will provide narrative feedback regarding what students learned and how they performed.  Report Cards will be available online through the Parent Portal. If you need a printed copy please contact your child's school office.

Pick up & return procedures:

Parents will receive separate communication from their child’s specific school to coordinate the collection of personal belongings and return school equipment and materials.  Chromebooks should be returned at this time, along with the power cord.
