Online learning to continue for remainder of school year

Trojan Family:

As most of you know by now, we will continue online learning through the rest of the 2020 school year, per the executive order of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.  The last day of online instruction will be Thursday, May 28.

While we are saddened we won’t be seeing our students in person for the remainder of the year, we understand the importance of keeping our students and staff safe and healthy.

We ask that our parents continue to maintain contact with their student’s teachers. Our teachers are doing everything they can to educate our students and parents should not hesitate to contact them if they have any questions at all regarding their child’s education.

Our food service staff will continue to pass out meals to students in need every Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Each Monday, students can pick up one week’s worth of breakfasts and lunches.

Many have asked what this will mean as far as graduation ceremonies for our 2020 seniors. We are exploring all of the options and will do everything within our power to honor our seniors, while at the same time maintaining the social distancing standards set forth by the governor.  We will communicate our graduation plan as soon as possible.

We thank all of you for your patience and support during these difficult and unprecedented times. We anxiously await the day we can return to normal, in-person learning. Until then, please stay safe and healthy.
