Troy City Schools on remote learning Feb. 26

Trojan families:

The Troy City Schools will have a remote learning day on Friday, February 26 for all of our grade levels.

All of our staff members who signed up to do so will receive the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on this day as a part of Governor Mike DeWine’s plan to vaccinate school employees throughout the state.

We also anticipate another remote learning day in late March to allow our staff members to receive the second dose of the vaccine.

While it is always our goal to maintain in-person learning whenever possible, this was the date assigned to us by state and local health officials to have our staff vaccinated. It is our hope that vaccinating staff members now will allow us to avoid more possible remote learning days in the future.

We thank you for your patience in allowing us to keep our staff members and schools safe.
