Back to School forms this year will be filled out from within the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
To access the forms, log into the Powerschool Parent Portal through our website (click on Parent Resources at the top then click on Check Student Grades). Once you are logged in, click on Forms in the left column.

There are 6 Forms that need completed for the upcoming year (8 for High School Students):

Troy - Annual Update B - Contacts
Troy - Annual Update C - Health Information
Troy - Annual Update D - Technology
Troy - Annual Update E - Info on Free and Reduced Price School Meals
Troy - Annual Update F - THS Dance Agreement (THS Only)
Troy - Annual Update G - THS Field Trips (THS Only)
Troy - Annual Update H - Permissions/Agreements
Be sure to click Submit at the bottom of each form.
Unfortunately, the Forms cannot be completed with the PowerSchool Mobile App. They must be completed through a web browser.
