Troy City Schools needs your help in developing our strategic plan!

What is a strategic plan and why is it important?

Our strategic plan will serve as our roadmap to district and student success for the next five years.  It will set measurable benchmarks for success and guide our work into the future.

Who is involved in developing the strategic plan for our district?

Parent and community input is essential to the process because we strongly believe that everyone’s voice matters.  The Troy Board of Education, district administrators, students, teachers and staff members will also play a vital role in developing our plan.

How can I help?

Parents and community members are encouraged and invited to become involved in this process. The way to do that is by participating in focus groups.  Focus group meetings will be held:

  • Thursday, January 24th at Troy High School

    • 12pm in the auditorium

    • 6pm in the cafeteria

  • Monday, February 11th at Hobart Arena Bravo Room

    • 12pm

    • 6pm

  • Wednesday, February 13th at Hobart Arena Bravo Room

    • 1pm
