TROY -- In the past, the Troy City Schools have sent our families thousands of flyers on behalf of local non-profit organizations. This process has included everything from fundraising flyers to sports sign-ups to educational and recreational program information.
This year, we will be delivering all of these flyers electronically. Not only will this cut down on paper usage, but it also will make things easier on parents, as they don’t have to worry about flyers getting “lost” in transit between school and home or losing flyers that do make it home.
There are two ways parents can view these flyers. The first way is to view them is by visiting the new “Community Corner” section of our Troy City Schools website: https://www.troy.k12.oh.us/Content2/communitycorner
We will be posting community flyers in this location and leave them there until they no longer apply. We also will be sending out email alerts on the 1st and 15th of every month during the year. These email alerts will contain electronic copies of the flyers we have received for distribution.
Also, once you register your student online at https://www.troy.k12.oh.us/Content2/registrationgateway, your email will automatically be entered into our database and you will receive the flyers on the 1st and 15th of every month.
If you are a non-profit looking to send out a flyer, you will have to do so electronically this year. Please send your flyer, in PDF form, to firstname.lastname@example.org
